Our manufacturing facility - M/s Nextgen Space Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore is specialized in manufacturing heat pipes and other thermal components, such as cold plates, heat loop pipes, and mechanically pumped fluid heat pipes (MPFL), which are mostly utilized in space applications. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) provided technical guidance for the establishment of the plant. We are a committed supplier of heat pipes and have been providing ISRO with a range of heat pipe kinds.

• This space-grade ammonia-filled heat pipe manufacturing
facility was established in the year 2018.
• Besides the heat pipes the manufacturing setup is also
qualified by URSC/ISRO to supply flight model heat pipes for
satellites.
• The aluminum single core and dual - core ammonia heat pipes
are customized to cater to various space programs for ISRO.
• Some of the processes include chemical cleaning, annealing,
bending and straightening, space quality welding, high-Pressure test,
climatic testing, heat treatment, vacuuming and filling of ammonia,
heat transfer test, and data logging.
• The manufacturing is carried out by dedicated and trained
operators who have been certified by ISRO.
